| Q1: | Is Bulkbazaar.sg only available in Singapore? |
| A1: | Bulkbazaar.sg is setup in Singapore, but is available on the WWW to everyone. At this moment, however, take note that Singapore dollar is the only accepted currency when suppliers post their bulk offers, and when members make payment for their orders. Any foreign exchange differences arising from using Singapore dollars will not be borne by Bulkbazaar.sg. More currencies may be added in the future. |

| Q1: | Can orders be changed after they have been placed? |
| A1: | Currently, Bulkbazaar.sg do not allow members to change their orders after they have been placed. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all details in the orders placed are correct. In the event that changes are really necessary, you may contact member-help@bulkbazaar.sg and we will make the changes for you. By requiring members to consider their orders carefully before placing them, we ensure that orders reflected in the bulk offers page are up to date which will provide users valid information on the bulk orders’ status. |
| Q2: | If there are 2 bulk offers on the same product and I realised I have placed order for the bulk offer that is offering the higher price, can I withdraw my current placed order to place new orders for the lower priced offer? |
| A2: | Currently, we do not allow members to withdraw their orders once they have been placed. Bulkbazaar.sg works on the mechanism that members benefit by getting the lowest prices. If similar bulk offers are available, the best offer will be able to gather the required MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and that offer will be delivered after it has expired. Conversely, money paid for bulk offers that did not meet MOQ will be refunded once it has lapsed. This mechanism should also reduce the frequency members will see similar items being offered at different prices. |
| Q3: | Why do I need to provide bank information to register as a member? |
| A3: | Bank account information for members is required in the event that the bulk offer that members have paid for did not meet the supplier's collective MOQ and has to be called off. In such cases, Bulkbazaar will have to refund all the members the payments received earlier using the bank account information in the member's profile. |

| Q1: | If my bulk offer has lapsed, and the MOQ has not been met, can I still honour the orders being placed and take delivery of the items order, instead of Bulkbazaar.sg refunding the money collected to the members who placed their orders? |
| A1: | Suppliers should make this clear in their bulk offer if they are able to deliver without meeting the MOQ. MOQ should be zero in this case. |
